Overview
burble began with an idea from celebrity hypnotist Alexandra Janelli: help people feel better through guided, immersive self-reflection. We built it together as a personalized audio experience, but the first version depended on a highly manual production process. Every journey had to be recorded, edited, organized, and maintained by hand.
Challenge
The original production model could not scale. Personalized content sounds simple to the user, but behind the scenes it created a growing operational burden: studio time, scheduling, editing, content management, version control, and constant dependence on human availability. The better the product became, the heavier the production cost became.
Solution
I redesigned the platform around a patent-pending AI architecture using voice synthesis, structured content logic, and LLM-driven personalization trained on Alexandra's recordings and written material. That changed burble from a manually produced content product into a scalable adaptive platform capable of generating fresh, personalized experiences instantly, across languages, with minimal marginal cost.
Impact
burble now operates with a fundamentally different cost structure. What once required repeated recording sessions and manual content assembly can now be generated dynamically, giving users a more personal experience while reducing the production burden behind the product. The platform has supported daily wellness routines, highly customized audio sessions, multilingual expansion, and institutional applications in wellness, education, and veteran care.
